Account Manager – Shops

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Shops to join foodpanda’s fast‑growing team in Pakistan. You will be the primary point of contact for shop partners, driving acquisition, retention and month‑on‑month growth across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new shop clients with strong commercial potential.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing city‑wide accounts.
• Analyse market trends, category mix and partner needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and co‑branding campaigns to maximise revenue.
• Track and report on commercial, operational and product‑mix metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Forecast sales, monitor MoM growth and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and execute exclusive marketing and partnership initiatives.
• Support cross‑functional teams by sharing insights, resolving issues and deploying processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in account management, sales or business development, preferably in the retail or e‑commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s retail landscape.
• Data‑driven, process‑oriented and able to take full ownership of responsibilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of leading independent projects.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
