About the role

Idea Digital Advertising, a full-stack growth partner offering digital marketing and BPO services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter in Lahore. The Appointment Setter contacts prospective and existing clients, introduces the company's services and secures qualified appointments for the sales and account management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
• Introduce IDEA Digital Advertising's services and book appointments for the sales and account management teams
• Manage appointment calendars and follow up on leads
• Update CRM records with accurate lead information and call outcomes
• Coordinate schedules and ensure a smooth handoff from initial contact to consultation
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues so outreach aligns with campaigns

Required profile

• Strong appointment setting and scheduling skills to manage calendars and coordinate client meetings
• Lead generation ability to identify, qualify and nurture prospects through calls and follow-ups
• Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English and professional phone etiquette
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and address concerns
• Relevant experience in telesales, call center operations or client outreach is highly beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, meet performance targets and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads and keep accurate records (preferred)
