ARM & Financial Analyst – Pakistan

About the role

The ARM & Financial Analyst supports Syngenta’s Pakistan business by delivering Trade Finance Credit Management services and commercial financial analysis across CP, Vegetable Seeds, and Flowers & Ornamentals portfolios. Acting as a finance business partner, the role provides sales performance insights, forecasting support, and ensures credit risk integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, prepare variance commentary, and build monthly performance dashboards covering revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and working capital.
• Analyse customer, product and channel profitability, price realization, discounting trends and promotional ROI; conduct scenario modelling to support sales negotiations.
• Update short‑term sales forecasts, support annual budgeting, maintain rolling forecast models and participate in S&OP and integrated business planning.
• Collect, validate and consolidate franchisee sales data, provide structured reporting templates and reconcile primary and secondary sales data.
• Ensure disciplined credit risk management, proactive collections, accurate cash allocation and compliance with financial controls.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial finance or business performance analysis.
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation and collaborate with finance, commercial and supply‑chain teams.
• Attention to detail for data validation, variance analysis and credit risk monitoring.
