Assistant Manager – Marketing Analytics & Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our marketing analytics and growth initiatives. You will own the end‑to‑end revenue pipeline, work closely with Sales and Demand Generation, and turn data into actionable strategies that boost lead‑to‑revenue conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lead lifecycle, identify drop‑off points, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular syncs with Sales to review lead quality, address objections, and refine ICP targeting.
• Maintain dashboards tracking conversion rates, response times, cost per conversion and ROI.
• Oversee SMS/WhatsApp campaign planning, execution, testing, and compliance.
• Ensure clean CRM data, audit attribution, and design SOPs for tracking and reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly revenue reports, present insights to leadership, and forecast performance trends.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the B2B full‑funnel lead lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance gaps and propose data‑driven solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, conversion analysis).
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Proficiency in building and interpreting analytical dashboards.
