Assistant Project Manager – Data Analysis & Planning

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Assistant Project Manager who can combine strong data‑analysis skills with strategic planning to drive projects from start to finish. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and requires clear communication in English.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Analyse project data and performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Communicate project updates clearly in spoken and written English.
• Support leadership with insights derived from data analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar coordination role.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with international clients or remote teams is a plus.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Jira, ClickUp or similar.
• Data analysis and reporting tools including Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
