Assistant Property Manager

About the role

The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in delivering first‑class property management services for a portfolio of retail assets in Lahore. This role involves day‑to‑day coordination of building operations, tenant relations, and vendor management to ensure smooth and compliant property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in resolving building and site management issues.
• Coordinate work orders with tenants, vendors, and on‑site technicians.
• Supervise on‑site staff and ensure vendor compliance with service contracts.
• Facilitate contract processes from bid collection to execution.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify problems and exposures.
• Maintain high‑level customer service and communication with tenants.
• Ensure lease, contract, and regulatory compliance for the portfolio.
• Manage building life‑safety and security systems.
• Schedule move‑ins/move‑outs and verify insurance coverage.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including rent follow‑up and lockout assistance.
• Review invoice coding for accurate payment processing.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and annual operating budgets.
• Coordinate insurance, electricity procurement, and real‑estate tax reviews.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities management.
• Familiarity with building operations, lease administration, and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
