About the role
The Associate/Assistant Professor in Nursing will plan and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses, including lectures, labs, and clinical instruction at Ibadat International University.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, assess student performance, and supervise clinical practice.
- Provide academic advising and mentoring to nursing students.
- Contribute to curriculum development and participate in departmental meetings and committees.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in Nursing and Nursing Education with clinical expertise in Pediatrics and Medicine.
- Advanced academic qualification (preferably MSN or PhD) and registration eligibility with the relevant nursing council.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in higher education and active engagement in research or scholarly activities.
Required skills
- Curriculum development for nursing programs.
- Clinical supervision and evidence‑based nursing practice.
