Business Development Executive – Real Estate Sales

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive real‑estate sales for our fast‑growing company. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through project visits, negotiations and closing.
Key responsibilities
- Stay updated on market trends and new project developments.
- Generate, manage and follow up on leads to meet daily KPIs.
- Schedule at least 10 client appointments per day and conduct a minimum of one meeting daily.
- Assess client needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable projects.
- Organise site visits and property walkthroughs for potential buyers.
- Lead negotiations and close deals efficiently.
- Visit project sites regularly to maintain market knowledge and client engagement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and willing to travel frequently.
