About the role
Savvy Algo Studio is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team on‑site in Sahiwal. You will focus on finding and securing new tech and AI projects through platforms such as Upwork, while supporting overall outreach and growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write and submit compelling proposals using company profiles.
- Generate, qualify, and organize leads for the sales pipeline.
- Support outreach campaigns and other business‑development activities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, automation, or software development services.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
