Business Meeting Coordinator

About the role

Buzmasol Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and motivated Business Meeting Coordinator in Lahore, working office-based. The coordinator contacts potential business partners, introduces the company's services and platform, and schedules meetings for the field team to explain the platform and onboard businesses. The main target is salon owners, barber shops, beauty salons and aesthetic clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business partners and introduce the company and its services professionally.
• Contact salon owners, barber shops, beauty salons and aesthetic clinics and explain the benefits of joining the booking platform.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales and onboarding team.
• Follow up with interested businesses and confirm scheduled meetings.
• Maintain records of calls, responses, follow-ups and appointments.
• Coordinate with the field team to ensure smooth communication and successful meetings.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Required profile

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in telemarketing, customer service or appointment setting is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and convincing skills, with confidence speaking to business owners and managers by phone.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle follow-ups.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp.
