About the role

Carlos Inc, an exclusive provider of the Domino's Pizza insurance direct insurance program, is hiring a Chat Support Agent in Karachi. The position is remote and full-time, with a stated annual salary of USD 74,550 to 135,230.

Key responsibilities

• Provide chat support to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Document client interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on company policies, procedures and industry trends so that accurate information is given.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably remote.
• Excellent written communication skills, clear and professional.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle several conversations at once.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with chat support software and tools is a plus.
