Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

About the role

Real Impact Marketing is seeking an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our on‑site team in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. You will focus on outbound calls to US‑based businesses, introducing our Meta Ads and digital marketing services, and securing qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US businesses to promote Meta Ads and digital marketing services.
• Engage directly with business owners and decision‑makers to assess fit.
• Ask qualification questions and book appointments for the sales team.
• Follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and handle objections confidently.
• Maintain accurate call logs, outcomes, follow‑ups, and appointment records.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment KPIs.
• Provide feedback on common objections and prospect responses.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of cold‑calling or appointment‑setting experience.
• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Experience calling the US market and B2B prospecting is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and be evaluated on call quality and appointments booked.
• Available for the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM onsite shift and able to commute daily to DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
