Cold Calling Operations Manager – Real Estate

About the role

This remote position is responsible for building and scaling a cold‑calling operation that fuels real‑estate lead generation. The manager will design the call‑center structure, implement dialing strategies, and ensure high‑quality, compliant leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cold‑calling strategy, including dialer configuration, number rotation, and warm‑up procedures.
• Design the operational framework, hiring plan, and team roles from the ground up.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and lead a team of callers, team leads, and quality‑assurance staff, scaling to 30‑50+ members.
• Set and enforce lead‑qualification standards while maintaining TCPA and state‑level compliance.
• Monitor KPIs such as connect rate, leads per caller, rejection rate, and cost per lead, making data‑driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate dialer and CRM solutions.
• Provide real‑time coaching during US business hours to improve call quality and performance.
• Hands‑on campaign management, including call setup, issue debugging, and outbound execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing outbound call‑center teams and cold‑calling campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable executing tasks personally.
• Excellent understanding of dialing systems, number reputation, and deliverability risks.
• Familiarity with TCPA, data‑privacy, and telecommunication regulations.
