About the role

The Country Product Owner will lead the strategic direction of Neo Biz within the Retail Banking Group, focusing on deposits and CVP offerings. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy, launching new propositions, and ensuring profitable growth while maintaining compliance with risk and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategic roadmap of Neo Biz for deposits and CVP.
• Manage the rollout of new products, propositions, and marketing campaigns.
• Execute agreed pricing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to risk management and governance frameworks.
• Conduct portfolio analysis to proactively identify issues and optimise revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in product ownership within a retail banking environment.
• Proven ability to manage product launches and campaign roll‑outs.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy implementation.
• Knowledge of risk, compliance and governance requirements in banking.
• Analytical skills to perform portfolio analysis and drive revenue optimisation.
