Creative Artist

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Artist to lead graphic design projects from concept through delivery, working closely with marketing and design teams at EMPIRE GROUP, a leader in translation and localization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage graphic design projects from inception to final delivery.
• Review junior designers’ drafts to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate between marketing and design teams to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Creative leadership to push creative boundaries in the translation & localization industry.
• Mentor and encourage creative team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Take responsibility for the quality and completion of all assigned creative projects.
• Report project progress at major stages of conception, creation, and execution.
• Ensure designs and content consistently reflect the EMPIRE GROUP brand.
• Work with internal and external partners to apply current industry best practices.
• Serve as liaison between marketing and creative teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UX and UI fundamentals.
• Awareness of modern web design and UX trends.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and promote teamwork.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
