Creative Game Artist (2D)

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Game Artist (2D) to join our game development team. The role involves producing high‑quality 2D artwork that brings characters, environments, and UI elements to life in our titles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and illustrate 2D characters, props, and environments following the game’s visual style.
• Create UI assets and visual effects that are clear and aesthetically consistent.
• Collaborate with designers, programmers, and other artists to ensure art assets meet technical and performance requirements.
• Optimize artwork for game engines, maintaining quality while adhering to memory and performance constraints.
• Maintain and update the art asset library and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience as a 2D artist in the gaming industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Game Design, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing characters, environments, and UI work.
• Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Clip Studio Paint or similar illustration tools.
• Good understanding of game art pipelines and optimization techniques.
