Creative Graphic Designer – Team Lead

About the role

Our client Neoterican is looking for a Creative Graphic Designer – Team Lead to join its on‑site team in Lahore. The role focuses on producing engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, events and overall brand identity while leading a small design team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns and promotional materials such as posters, banners, flyers and presentations.
• Develop original concepts that align with company goals and maintain consistent brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, event and other cross‑functional teams to ensure visual assets meet project requirements.
• Manage daily tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of two designers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• At least one year of professional experience in graphic design or a recent graduate with relevant portfolio.
• Strong eye for design, typography, color theory and layout.
• Ability to accept feedback constructively and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
