Creative Video Editor – Social Media & Campaigns

About the role

Get Licensed is looking for a Creative Video Editor to lead the production of high‑impact marketing video assets. You will turn raw footage into a variety of short‑form and long‑form pieces that capture attention across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and paid‑ad platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form social videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) with unique hooks and formats for each asset.
• Create multiple distinct edits from a single shoot, varying structure, length and style.
• Produce paid‑ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and Google, including A/B‑testing variations.
• Edit long‑form YouTube content such as podcasts and event highlights with strong pacing and B‑roll integration.
• Develop brand and campaign videos that maintain a consistent visual tone.
• Design motion‑graphics elements, kinetic text and animated overlays in After Effects.
• Handle sound design, music selection, beat‑matched cuts and voice‑over mixing.
• Adapt existing footage, podcasts and course material into new platform‑specific assets.
• Export final files in the correct aspect ratios and specifications for each channel.

Required profile

• Passionate about current social‑media trends, formats and audio cues.
• Self‑starter who can interpret briefs and make independent creative decisions.
• Comfortable delivering multiple versions of a concept without relying on templates.
• Strong eye for pacing, storytelling and brand consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects for motion‑graphics and animated overlays.
• Advanced video‑editing capabilities for short‑form and long‑form content.
• Sound‑design expertise, including music selection and voice‑over mixing.
