Customer Service and Student Services Coordinator

About the role

Canonical Tutors, a UK‑focused online tutoring provider, is seeking a Customer Service and Student Services Coordinator for its Islamabad office. You will act as the main liaison between UK‑based families, tutors and the company, ensuring smooth scheduling and administration of lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Match students with suitable tutors based on subject, level and availability.
• Book trial and regular lessons using internal systems.
• Coordinate lesson schedules between clients and tutors.
• Maintain accurate student, tutor and client records.
• Handle routine queries and support administrative processes.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with professional communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using telephone and instant‑messaging tools for client interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications (email, browsers, documents, spreadsheets).
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically TutorCruncher.
