About the role
We are seeking candidates for the CSR role who are flexible with rotational shifts and possess a sharp, quick‑thinking mindset suited to a fast‑paced support environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality support via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist guests with administrative and account‑related queries.
- Ensure prompt, clear, and accurate communication to resolve guest concerns efficiently.
Required profile
- Good English writing and speaking skills.
- Fluent speech with a neutral accent.
- Write English without grammatical errors.
- Good typing speed and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to manage different shift timings.
