Customer Service Specialist (Real Estate Sales)

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Zameen.com you will act as the face of the company, guiding prospective buyers through the property selection process. You will combine sales expertise with excellent communication to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients’ requirements and preferences for property units.
• Brief clients on relevant listings and conduct product demonstrations.
• Arrange and lead site visits and client meetings.
• Follow up with clients to track changes in needs and maintain engagement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
