Customer Success & Operations Executive (Remote, Part-Time)

About the role

SmartEdge International provides personalised online tutoring for students and families, primarily in the UK. It is looking for a reliable, confident and organised professional to act as a key point of contact for families, support parents, manage trial sessions and coordinate daily tutoring operations. The role is fully remote, part-time and paid PKR 35,000-45,000 per month depending on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle prospective parent enquiries and sales calls, explain services and guide families through trials and enrolment.
• Open trial sessions, welcome families and introduce tutors, stay present during each trial, close it, gather feedback and explain next steps.
• Coordinate busy evening operations: respond to simultaneous messages, follow up on missing students or tutors and help resolve connectivity and scheduling issues.
• Support existing families, liaise with tutors and keep accurate records and follow-ups in the internal portal.
• Take ownership of day-to-day issues, prioritise effectively and escalate promptly so tutors can focus on teaching.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and natural communication with UK parents.
• A warm, professional manner on telephone and video calls.
• Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail and follow-through; calm and organised when several issues arise at once.
• Own laptop, reliable high-speed internet, backup arrangements for connectivity and power interruptions, and a quiet workspace.
• Experience in customer support, education counselling, sales or operations coordination is preferred.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday: 12PM-1:30PM and 4:30PM-8PM (both blocks required).
• Saturday: 12PM-2PM.
• Total of 27 hours per week, following UK local time including seasonal clock changes; the evening block is the busiest and requires full attention.
