Customer Support Specialist – Fully Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join Tether’s fully remote team. You will handle inbound inquiries through our ticketing system, assisting both customers and non‑customers with questions about Tether tokens and blockchain transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to tickets submitted via the support platform.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to token transfers, wallet integrations and blockchain activity.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear, structured responses in line with internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with product, compliance and engineering teams to share feedback and improve support processes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of tickets while maintaining consistency.
• Interest in fintech, stablecoins and blockchain technology.

Required skills

• Experience using ticketing or help‑desk systems.
• Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and cryptocurrency transactions.
