Digital Marketing & Creative Executive

About the role

SPARS Group is looking for a Group Digital Marketing and Creative Executive in Islamabad to oversee design, digital marketing, social media and brand communication across the Group and its associated companies. The role creates visually appealing content and keeps a unified brand image on all digital platforms, combining graphic design expertise with digital marketing skills. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts for SPARS Group and its sister companies
• Design digital content such as social media posts, banners, brochures, newsletters, presentations, company profiles, promotional materials and job advertisements
• Create visuals and creative assets for campaigns, events, corporate announcements and internal communications
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all Group companies
• Plan, schedule, create and publish content according to approved content calendars
• Develop and support digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and online visibility
• Analyse social media trends, audience feedback and competitor activity to refine strategies
• Assist in paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ads, with management approval
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads) and report on results
• Support website, landing page and online business profile updates with HR, IT and other departments
• Coordinate internal approvals and maintain a detailed content calendar

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating skills
• Ability to manage several assignments and meet deadlines
