Digital Sublimation Textile Designer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Digital Sublimation Textile Designer to join our printing unit in North Karachi Industrial Area. You will create vibrant, print‑ready designs for a range of apparel and textile products.

Key responsibilities

• Create sublimation textile designs and patterns, including all‑over, repeat, dupatta, kurti and other apparel designs.
• Prepare complete print‑ready TIFF files, ensuring correct resolution, bleed, sizing and color accuracy.
• Coordinate with the printing operator to deliver accurate files and support production.
• Handle pattern creation, design development, colour matching, and make revisions as required by production schedules.

Required profile

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for textile artwork.
• Practical understanding of sublimation printing, colour separation, resolution, bleed and file preparation.
• Ability to create seamless patterns, repeat layouts and coordinated colour variations.
• Knowledge of colour theory, typography, composition and print quality control.
• Excellent attention to detail, organized workflow and reliable file management.
• Portfolio demonstrating textile, apparel, sublimation or surface‑pattern design.
