About the role
The Director of TikTok & TikTok Shop will lead the overall growth strategy for TikTok, drive live commerce initiatives, manage creator partnerships, and oversee revenue performance of TikTok Shop. This senior position reports on platform performance and collaborates closely with media buying and creative teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth and monetisation strategies for TikTok.
- Lead TikTok Shop operations, promotions and creator collaborations.
- Build scalable live‑shopping and affiliate programmes.
- Analyse platform trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with creators, agencies and platform partners.
- Oversee TikTok content strategy focused on conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with media buying and creative teams to maximise performance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in TikTok growth, social commerce or performance marketing.
- Proven success scaling TikTok Shop revenue.
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends and creator ecosystems.
- Experience managing creator affiliate programmes.
- Direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) experience strongly preferred.
