E-commerce Specialist – Meta Ads, Shopify & WordPress

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Specialist to drive performance across Meta advertising platforms and manage our Shopify and WordPress sites. You will work closely with design and content teams to optimise campaigns, improve website conversion rates and support the launch of new products.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, monitoring ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, retargeting and scaling strategies, testing creatives, ad copy and funnels.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain and update Shopify stores, upload products, optimise collections and improve UX/UI for higher conversion rates.
• Handle Shopify apps, integrations and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage WordPress sites and landing pages, update content, plugins, themes and layouts using Elementor or similar builders.
• Ensure website speed, responsiveness and overall functionality.
• Implement SEO best practices and coordinate with designers and content teams.
• Analyse customer behaviour, stay updated on e‑commerce trends and assist in launching new products and campaigns.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience running Meta Ads for e‑commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and WordPress platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and tracking.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
