Executive Partner – Remote Operations Support

About the role

TalentPop App is building a high‑performing remote team focused on operational excellence and long‑term growth. As an Executive Partner you will provide strategic administrative and operational support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise calendars, schedule meetings and manage daily workflows to maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle inbox management, coordinate communications and prioritise critical messages.
• Support special projects, track tasks and oversee administrative processes from initiation to completion.
• Act as a professional point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve systems, processes and workflows that boost productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an administrative or executive assistant or similar support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, organised approach.
• Comfortable adapting to a fast‑changing remote environment and shifting priorities.
• Full‑time availability (40 hours/week) during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor and 8 GB RAM.
