Field Sales Officer / Business Development Officer – Lahore (Mid Level)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Officer / Business Development Officer to join our team in Lahore. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits across assigned territories to generate leads and acquire new business clients.
• Build, maintain, and expand long‑term relationships with retail partners, vendor networks, and B2B prospects.
• Deliver product demonstrations and present sales proposals to key decision‑makers.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize performance incentives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, sharing insights with leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead statuses, and daily visit reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of proven field sales, direct marketing, or business development experience.
• Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc / I.Com) education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Urdu (English proficiency a plus).
• Must own a personal motor vehicle (bike) and hold a valid driving licence for travel within Lahore.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
