Fraud Risk Investigation Oversight & QA Specialist

About the role

The Fraud Risk Investigation Oversight & QA Specialist ensures that fraud cases are accurately confirmed, customer refunds are processed correctly, and alert disposition quality meets bank policies and regulatory standards across the GCC fraud monitoring operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and confirm fraud case determinations using GCC confirmation criteria before cases are closed.
• Provide second‑line review for complex, high‑value, or disputed cases, ensuring sufficient evidence and documentation.
• Maintain a case confirmation log and record confirmed cases in the GCC case management system.
• Identify patterns in confirmed fraud cases and escalate systemic weaknesses to the Head of Fraud Risk.
• Support end‑to‑end customer refund processes, sign off on refunds above defined thresholds, and monitor open refund cases.
• Design and implement a QA program for alert disposition, conduct regular sampling, and produce findings reports.
• Track QA findings, maintain a register, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and re‑tested.
