Freelance Dari Language Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Dari language specialist to help train large‑scale AI models. You will work remotely, interacting with the model in Dari, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy, and documenting any shortcomings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in conversational sessions with the AI across diverse topics in Dari.
• Verify vocabulary, grammar, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references for correctness.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes.
• Provide feedback to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in Linguistics, Dari Studies, Translation, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work.
• Ability to communicate metacognitively and “show your work” clearly.
