Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel, React.js & AI-Assisted Development)

About the role

Zam Software Solutions is hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer in Islamabad who combines strong PHP, Laravel and React.js skills with AI-assisted development. The developer designs, builds and maintains scalable web applications, CRM platforms and API integrations, working independently on production-ready code within collaborative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications and API-driven platforms with PHP, Laravel and React.js
• Build backend services including RESTful APIs, business logic and database schemas with MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Use AI coding tools such as Cursor AI, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to speed up feature delivery
• Develop reusable, responsive React components using Hooks and state management
• Review, validate and test AI-generated code for quality, maintainability, security and performance
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services
• Troubleshoot and debug existing codebases
• Optimize database queries, caching strategies and performance using Redis and advanced indexing
• Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers and other developers
• Follow Git version control, take part in code reviews and keep documentation up to date

Required profile

• At least two years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong backend expertise in PHP and Laravel, with a solid understanding of MVC architecture
• Extensive frontend experience with React.js and JavaScript
• Ability to use AI tools to build features, debug, refactor and improve performance without compromising quality or security
• High level of independence, problem-solving skills and commitment to production-ready code
