Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are building the engineering core at Xorora and need a Full Stack Engineer who takes ownership of systems, not just features. The role focuses on backend‑heavy development while also delivering end‑to‑end features alongside our Senior Engineer and Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise high‑concurrency backend services with strong data consistency and observability.
• Build and scale enterprise‑grade CRM and CMS platforms supporting complex workflows.
• Integrate and optimise LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and create intelligent automation pipelines.
• Design bulk data ingestion pipelines and high‑performance REST/RPC APIs.
• Connect robust backends to modern React/Next.js front‑ends.

Required profile

• 2.5–3 years of hands‑on backend engineering experience.
• Experience building or maintaining complex CRMs, CMS tools, or enterprise workflow systems.
• Proven track record integrating LLM APIs into production environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed data sync, edge cases, and system‑level thinking.
• Enough frontend fluency to ship full‑stack features independently.
• Ownership mindset – proactively flagging architectural issues before they reach production.
