Furniture Production Supervisor

About the role

We are a premium custom furniture studio looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage the floor at our Korangi facility. You will lead a team of skilled workers, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain high quality standards for bespoke residential pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers assembling wood furniture across the production line.
• Plan raw material and consumable requirements; flag shortages before they stop production.
• Run sample and in‑process quality checks against approved specifications; train workers to correct defects.
• Oversee parts coming in from external vendors and in‑house production.
• Source and supply materials to vendors, and track their output against deadlines.
• Manage packing, handling, and delivery coordination to client sites.

Required profile

• 6+ years experience in furniture manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of solid wood, veneer, polish/finishing, and upholstery processes.
• Experience coordinating vendors and job workers.
• Basic Excel and reporting skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time, on‑site position with a Monday‑Saturday schedule (09:00 – 20:00).
• Salary negotiable based on experience.
