Graphic Designer – Healthcare (Evening Shift)

About the role

Minerva Research Solutions is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its Patient Enrollment Department. Working on the evening shift, you will produce professional visual assets that support clinical study patient recruitment campaigns aimed at U.S. audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality graphics for patient recruitment campaigns across social media, display ads, digital flyers, landing pages and other patient‑facing materials.
• Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance‑marketing optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with Performance Marketers to align visuals with lead‑generation goals and campaign objectives.
• Adapt designs for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and other digital channels while maintaining a healthcare‑focused appearance.
• Ensure all patient‑facing content is accurate, professional and consistent with approved study messaging.
• Manage several study campaigns simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in digital advertising and social media.
• Demonstrated ability to develop multiple creative concepts from a single brief and to adapt designs for different clinical studies.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical research or life‑sciences visual communication is a plus.
