Head of Sales and Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Sales & Business Development function. The role will shape strategy, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth while building a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a results‑driven sales team.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and key account management.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Drive strategic sales across offerings such as EOS (IAS19), ESOP (IFRS2), trainings & HR projects, actuarial consulting, BI (Qlik dashboards), data governance, financial services, BPO, and software licenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in sales or business development with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consulting, financial services, or data‑analytics‑driven solutions is a plus.
