About the role
Millennium Minds Consultants is looking for a motivated IELTS Instructor to prepare students for both Academic and General Training modules of the IELTS exam. The role involves enhancing English proficiency and teaching effective test‑taking strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS preparation classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials tailored to students’ needs.
- Administer mock tests, assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor progress and help students achieve their target band scores.
- Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Required profile
- Strong command of English language and grammar.
- Good understanding of IELTS format and assessment criteria.
- Excellent communication, teaching and presentation skills.
- Previous IELTS teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate students and deliver result‑oriented training.
