Implementation Project Manager

About the role

The Implementation Project Manager will lead telecom network deployment activities for a leading telecom operator in Pakistan. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end‑to‑end implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly implementation plans covering site surveys, installation, and commissioning.
• Track project milestones, coordinate schedules with cross‑functional teams, and monitor site readiness (RFI status).
• Manage supplier nominations, equipment procurement, delivery verification, and site access approvals.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings with planners, suppliers, field service managers, and project teams.
• Monitor daily installation and commissioning progress, prepare status reports, and track KPIs.
• Register and resolve field issues through ISDP or project management systems, overseeing QC and D‑QC activities.
• Coordinate Acceptance Test Procedures, customer acceptance documentation, and return‑transport activities.
• Supervise Site Engineers and implementation teams, providing coaching and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in telecom network deployment or implementation project management.

Required skills

• ISDP (field issue tracking system)
