Infrastructure Engineering Director – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head a high‑performance infrastructure engineering team. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, building and operating scalable, secure and resilient global platforms that support rapid product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of global infrastructure platforms, including cloud, networking and security.
• Build, mentor and grow a team of engineers delivering high‑impact infrastructure solutions.
• Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies and best practices.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure roadmaps with business objectives.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of critical systems through proactive monitoring and incident response.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale infrastructure teams in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Strong background in networking, security and compliance frameworks.
• Track record of scaling systems to support high‑growth applications.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools.
