Interior Designer – Real Estate Development (Gulberg, Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Designer to join a real‑estate development client in Gulberg, Lahore. The role involves designing functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces for both residential and commercial projects, from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Create mood boards, space‑planning layouts, colour palettes and material boards.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings and realistic 3D visualisations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, engineers and vendors.
• Select furniture, fixtures, lighting, finishes and accessories.
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure designs meet timelines and budgets.
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs and cost estimates while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Strong creative, conceptual and visualisation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
