International Student Visa Consultant

About the role

Global Study Linkers is seeking a dedicated International Student Visa Consultant to guide prospective students through the complex process of obtaining study visas. You will work closely with a team to ensure each applicant receives personalized, accurate support from eligibility assessment to final submission.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on a range of international student visa options and requirements.
• Assess each student’s eligibility and recommend the most suitable visa type.
• Assist students in preparing, reviewing, and submitting complete visa documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with immigration laws, visa procedures, and educational institution requirements across countries.
• Communicate procedural steps, timelines, and potential challenges clearly to students.
• Coordinate with immigration authorities, educational institutions, and other relevant entities to facilitate smooth processing.
• Maintain confidential records of interactions, application statuses, and follow‑up activities in compliance with data protection standards.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct pre‑visa counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with the wider consultancy team to share insights and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in student visa consulting or a related immigration field.
• Strong understanding of visa application procedures and immigration regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset to address individual client needs.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
