IT Executive – Technical Support & System Administration

About the role

Software Finder is looking for an IT Executive to keep its technology infrastructure running smoothly. You will provide first‑line technical support, assist with system administration, and help ensure uninterrupted services for development teams and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and network issues and resolve tickets within SLA.
• Assist with user account management, permissions, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT assets.
• Monitor network connectivity, troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi problems, and support basic network devices.
• Support software deployment, licensing, and updates for business applications.
• Participate in server health checks, backup monitoring and verification.
• Prepare systems for new employee onboarding and handle asset recovery during off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 1‑3 years of IT support or system administration experience (fresh graduates with strong knowledge are welcome).
• Ability to work night shift (5 PM – 2 AM).

Required skills

• Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
• Endpoint security tools.
• Hardware troubleshooting, printer support, remote support tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, IT ticketing systems, virtualization and backup solutions (preferred).
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (AZ‑900 or MS‑900) – advantage.
