IT Support & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to manage day‑to‑day IT operations across our Islamabad offices, including the Amaya and OSR sites. The role combines hands‑on technical support, cloud administration, and asset management to ensure uninterrupted service for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, IP phones, CCTV and networking equipment.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Support Google Workspace administration and user provisioning.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, structured cabling, and DNS records.
• Administer Cloudflare settings and assist with AWS cloud services.
• Coordinate procurement of hardware, software licenses, and manage inventory and warranty claims.
• Handle IT‑related billing, invoice tracking, and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or cloud administration.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively with vendors.
