Junior Executive - Social Media Marketing

About the role

Cipher Developers, a custom software development company, is hiring a full-time, on-site Junior Executive for Social Media Marketing in Lahore. The role covers planning, creating and publishing content across social media to grow brand visibility and engagement, running campaigns, tracking performance metrics and reporting on reach, engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, schedule and publish daily or weekly content on core channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X and Facebook.
• Maintain account branding, engage with the audience and monitor online community activity.
• Set up, run and monitor cold email outreach sequences to generate qualified leads, keeping prospect lists clean and monitoring open and reply rates.
• Assist with paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including creative testing, copywriting and basic A/B variations.
• Monitor traffic and user behaviour with Google Analytics 4, set up conversion events, track KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries.
• Coordinate with design and development teams for campaign assets and respond to audience comments and messages.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle several tasks in a fast pace.
• Interest in technology, software development and startup ecosystems; prior tech or agency experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) and content scheduling tools.
• Content creation, copywriting and basic graphic design.
• Google Analytics 4 and basic ad managers (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Exposure to cold outreach tools such as Lemlist, Instantly or Apollo is highly preferred.
