Junior Graphic Designer – Remote

About the role

RecruitEase, a growing graphic design agency, is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join its remote team. You will work on real client projects, helping businesses build strong brand identities through logos, visual systems, and print‑ready materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, brand identities and complete visual systems for clients.
• Create print‑ready assets such as business cards, brochures, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
• Conduct design research, develop mood boards and present concepts.
• Collaborate with teammates on briefs, incorporate client feedback and ensure visual consistency.
• Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready files and contribute to the agency’s internal portfolio.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (strong fresh candidates with a solid portfolio are welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of branding, identity design and print preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.
• Portfolio that demonstrates creativity and execution.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe InDesign (nice to have)
• After Effects (basic motion graphics)
• Familiarity with AI image tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or DALL·E
