Junior UI/UX Designer – Flexible Projects

About the role

Cosmo Inc., a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, is looking for an eager Junior UI/UX Designer to join its Lahore office. You will work on a mix of marketing websites and complex digital products, gaining exposure to a variety of design challenges in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for websites and web applications.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and help pivot designs when new ideas emerge.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers in an agile, unstructured workflow.
• Support user research by gathering feedback and assisting with usability testing.
• Help maintain the internal design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Participate in design critiques, present work, and iterate rapidly based on feedback.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of UI/UX experience (internships, bootcamps, freelance work accepted).
• Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing design process for both websites and product interfaces.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Strong communication, empathy for users, and proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles.
