Loss Prevention Manager – Surveillance & Security Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Loss Prevention Manager to lead our Surveillance & Security Operations team. The role focuses on optimizing monitoring activities, enhancing security protocols, and ensuring a safe environment across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily surveillance and monitoring operations to maintain uninterrupted security coverage.
• Review and improve existing surveillance procedures regularly.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of monitoring personnel.
• Design monitoring strategies aligned with risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee video review processes to detect theft, fraud, or policy violations and report to corporate Loss Prevention.
• Analyze surveillance data, generate detailed reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Document incidents, escalations, and follow‑up actions accurately.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address security concerns.
• Stay updated on emerging surveillance technologies and recommend upgrades.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in surveillance, monitoring or security operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in loss prevention, video review, data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).
• Experience with CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of incident management systems.
