Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) – Multan

About the role

Vivo Pakistan is seeking a diligent Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to join its Multan team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mobile phone equipment and related systems to ensure reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and repair mobile phones sent by customers or distributors, maintaining regular communication with them.
• Use Maintenance Management Systems to document and track maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventive actions.
• Study specialized materials and guidance documents related to mobile phone technology.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and provide technical support.
• Assist managers and directors with various tasks to improve performance.
• Provide timely feedback on issues and monitor results.
• Answer professional and technical questions raised by customers.
• Cover for service consultants when they are busy or absent.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Residency in Multan.
• Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electronic equipment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
