Marketing Lead – Food Solutions (Pakistan)

About the role

Unilever Food Solutions Pakistan is seeking a Marketing Lead to shape and execute the marketing strategy that drives growth across the country. You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on operator, portfolio, innovation and digital marketing, delivering valuable experiences to chefs and foodservice operators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing strategy for UFS Pakistan, aligned with the global ambition to reach €5bn by 2030.
• Lead and mentor the operator, portfolio, innovation and digital marketing teams.
• Design and launch B2B campaigns that attract and retain foodservice customers.
• Gather and analyse end‑to‑end customer insights to inform growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, sales and AI‑driven CX teams to ensure a superior offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles within B2B or foodservice sectors.
• Strong track record of building and executing growth‑focused strategies.
• Leadership capability to inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
