Marketing MTO – Content & Influencer Lead (On‑site)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Marketing MTO to join oladoc’s Fit by oladoc team in Lahore. You will own the end‑to‑end creation, production, and distribution of short‑form video content and influencer campaigns, using AI tools daily to accelerate output and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, script, shoot, edit and publish short‑form videos across multiple social platforms.
• Lead full‑cycle content production for Fit by oladoc, including on‑camera performance, creative direction, talent coordination and platform‑ready execution.
• Manage influencer relationships from briefing and negotiation to content review, posting and performance reporting.
• Utilise AI tools (Claude, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Google Flow, CapCut, Canva) to compress production cycles and scale output.
• Track content performance, generate data‑driven insights and present actionable recommendations.
• Build automation workflows for scheduling, repurposing, captioning, thumbnail generation and multi‑platform distribution.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in BBA, Marketing, Media Studies or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience creating content that achieved real audience reach and engagement (portfolio required).
• Comfortable both in front of the camera and behind it.
• Deep understanding of what makes Gen‑Z content stop the scroll in Pakistan.
• Hands‑on experience briefing at least one influencer.
• Daily use of Claude or an equivalent AI tool in your workflow.
